Pallavi Das Kalita
Biography
A passionate Toastmaster since December 2018, Pallavi Das Kalita is a dynamic leader, mentor, and champion of communication excellence. She has completed two prestigious learning paths—Innovative Planning and Motivational Strategies—and is a charter member of RG Orators Toastmasters Club, where she served as the club's first Vice President Public Relations. Her leadership journey spans multiple club officer roles, including Vice President Membership (2021–22) and Vice President Education (2023–24), during which she secured numerous club accolades including the Smedley, Torch Bearer, Talk Up, and Beat the Clock awards. As President (2024–25), she led her club to the coveted Diamond Club Award and President's Distinguished status. Beyond the club level, Pallavi has contributed extensively across Area, Division, and District 98, serving as a TLTP Trainer, Convener, Registration Chair for Expressions 2025, and Awards Chair for Eloquence 2026. Recognized for her exceptional member-building efforts, she received awards for adding the most members to her Area and Division in 2021 and 2022. A Triple Star Awardee (2024) and Triple Crown Awardee (2026), she also serves as a Pathways Mentor and currently coaches Matrix Club to distinguished status. Her mantra: Lead with example.
