Akanksha Thakral is a Leadership and Sales Communication Coach with over 20 years of stage experience and the Founder of Nextage Skillsetters Pvt. Ltd., where she has trained 1,800+ corporate professionals, directors, and entrepreneurs to communicate with clarity and confidence. A Toastmaster since 2019, she has served as Division E Newsletter Editor, Assistant Division Director, and Area Director, and is a national-level debater who received the Best Speaker Award from His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. With a background in psychology and a Diploma in Counselling from TISS, she brings an inside-out approach to communication, exploring how people think and hold authority under pressure.
